What are your shipping options?

We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location. At checkout, you’ll see choices that may include standard or express delivery to your home or office, as well as options for delivery to a mailbox, secure locker, or pick-up location. We aim to provide flexible delivery methods to suit your needs!

How long does it take to receive my order?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! If you place your order before 12:00 PM CET, it will be dispatched the same day from Sweden, provided all items are available. Delivery times vary based on your location, but you’ll see an estimated delivery date when you enter your shipping address at checkout. Our goal is to have all orders delivered within 10-14 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We’re happy to offer global shipping for both our supplements and Hormona™ Wellness kits, straight from our fulfilment centre in Sweden. No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your order reaches you!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed and dispatched, we’ll send you an email with all your tracking details so you can easily follow your package’s journey.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

We’re here to help! If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, simply email us at support@hormona.io with the subject line “Missing Order.”

Please include the following details so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Your name and contact information

Our support team will look into it right away and keep you updated!

What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

We’re sorry to hear your order was damaged during shipping, and we’re here to make it right!

Please keep all original packaging and email us at support@hormona.io with the subject line “Transport Damage.” To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following details:

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email or delivery slip)
  • Your name and contact information
  • The product name, reference number, and lot/batch number
  • Photos and a full description of the damage

Our team will review your claim right away and assist you with the next steps.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We understand that mistakes happen, and we’ll do our best to help!

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at support@hormona.io with the subject line “Wrong Shipping Address” and include the following details:

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email or delivery slip)
  • Your correct shipping address
  • Your name and contact information

If the new address is in a different country, we may need to cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one, as shipping costs vary by location. We’ll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible!
