Despite sounding quite overwhelming and intense you can expect each session to be deeply relaxing. You can have the therapy sitting up but most therapists will have you lie down in quiet relaxing surroundings to ensure you are totally at ease. The therapy itself is very nurturing with the act of the therapist touching your head, similar to a massage, promoting a sense of peace and wellbeing with some clients even falling asleep!

After the therapy you’re likely to feel as though you’ve just had a good massage, you might feel lighter and less burdened but typically most feel the benefits three to four weeks after the initial session.
