What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. This means all labels and seals must still be intact, and the box or bottle must not have been opened.

How do I initiate a return?

We’re here to make returns easy for you!

To start the process, simply email us at support@hormona.io with the subject line “Return” and include the following details:

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email or delivery slip)
  • Your name and contact information
  • The product name, reference number, and quantity you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return (optional)

Our customer care team will confirm that your request is within the 14-day return window and guide you through the next steps.

Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll check to ensure it’s in its original, unused, and unopened condition. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

How do I know if my return has been received?

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive your refund within a few business days.
