All app payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. If you need a refund, you have to request it directly through the respective store.
If you’re looking to request a refund for our app, the process will vary depending on whether you’re using an iPhone or an Android device.

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you need to return supplements, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unopened, in their original condition, and with all labels and seals intact.
If there is an issue with your supplements, such as a fault, please reach out to us by emailing support@hormona.io. In such cases, we may ask you to return the product, and we will issue a full refund once the return is processed.

Unfortunately, opened supplement products—where the seal is no longer intact—are not eligible for a refund. We can only accept returns for unopened products in their original, unused condition.
Yes, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty when you receive it. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned supplement and confirm it is in its original, unused, and unopened condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
