Tracking
Our powerful tool serves two super important purposes. The first, if you have a natural cycle, is helping you keep track of your cycle, periods, PMS, and anything else cycle-related you need to keep an eye on. It builds to a detailed database of your hormone and overall health, and includes stats and predictions to help you plan around those PMS days, notice symptom clusters, and any changes to your cycle.
The second, in a similar vein, is all about symptoms. Lots of us are living with hormone imbalances that come with a whole host of symptoms. And oftentimes, keeping a record of those symptoms, along with any changes to their frequency and severity, can go a long way to helping with treatments, medication changes, or just talking to healthcare types. Ditto for side effects from medication, or birth control. But you can also record any progression through therapies or lifestyle changes and the like.
Regardless of cycle, hormones are always working away in the background, and, for women, keeping an eye on what they’re up to is never a bad idea. Our symptom tracking is fully customizable, so you can quickly track the symptoms you see most often, has a ton of categories, and a notes section if you need to add any extra info. We’re big believers in the power of good food, and absolutely love eating for our cycles! Your body needs different things during different stages of your cycle, and your life. So, tailoring your nutrition to support your hormones makes sense, right?
But it can also make a huge difference to your symptoms and help you feel healthier. With options for everyone from vegans to omnivores, including recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and written by our expert nutritionists, these tailored meal plans make great nutrition easy.
